Description

At a once-glamorous mansion that echoes the lavish parties of the Roaring '20s, a group of unlikely heroes finds themselves at the center of a bizarre and chilling mystery. The estate, now a shadow of its former glory, looms over the coastline, holding secrets that have long been buried in its ornate walls. The atmosphere is thick with an unsettling energy, hinting that the past is never truly gone and may have more influence on the present than one might expect.

Amidst the decay, an enigmatic force emerges that tests the limits of their courage and humanity. Surrounded by peculiar inhabitants and remnants of a forgotten era, these characters are drawn into a web of suspense and eerie occurrences that challenge their understanding of reality. As they navigate through the surreal landscape of the estate, they must confront both external threats and their own inner demons.

In a gripping exploration of friendship, loyalty, and the power of resilience, this tale entwines the extraordinary with the everyday. The characters discover that, much like the estate itself, they hold the potential for transformation and awakening in the face of the unconventional and unknown.

Overall, i liked this last incarnation in the Odd Thomas series. There were some areas that were pretty (should i say it?) "odd". But overall, an enjoyable tale.
