The Great Northwest is heaven on earth! That's what Arch Sinclair thinks when he goes to Oregon to star in a new movie. But when he buys a ranch in this enchanted land and tries to renew his grazing rights, he runs into a problem: Its name is Justin Yarbrough, rancher and congressman. Arch has no recourse but to try to unseat Yarbrough by running against him. Lawyer Barry O'Shea comes on board when Arch is faced with accusations of mob affiliations and even vote tampering.
