Some Notes on Madness

In this book, the seventeen authors transport the reader across their own seas of echoes, carving notes on the tips of its icebergs. Some of the notes are general, even universal in nature, and strike a chord in most of us; some are very personal.

But what, in the end, is madness? Something in excess, to be weeded out--or that something extra which is a seed of new growth?
