The Absolute Sandman
Description
From hauntingly beautiful artwork to compelling characterizations, the illustrations complement the profound and often philosophical themes explored throughout the series. Readers are introduced to a diverse cast of characters that span time and space, all caught in the web of dreams and nightmares. This is not just a collection of stories; it is a transformative experience that challenges perceptions of dreams and their impact on life itself.

❤ LOVE the cast, what a delight ❤ My thoughts:* I would say that Act I was better because it had a more cohesive, structured story - it's much more obvious these chapters were originally comic books, so do think some people might find it a bit difficult to follow* I get bored by singing in books/audiobooks, so one part really dragged on for me. * I love that white actors didn't put on "African" accents, with different actors used for these parts (I am disappointed the credits say "African Morpheus" though, naming an actual country would have been nice, instead of a generic approach)*on that note, ohmygosh the representation! Well done to the casting director etc... *I loved that Odin, Thor and Loki were Scottish, because I'm clearly biased
