Avis
I read this to fulfill a prompt for book bingo and didn’t realize this was the second book out of a series. Although the topic and type of book is my type I don’t know that I would have ever come across this one, much less read it if I wasn’t looking for a particular prompt. I’m glad I found it. The story was well written and kept you guessing through most of the story. The characters weren’t actually annoying however a few things were repeated a bit much for me, but it didn’t take away from the overall story. I enjoyed this book and may go look for the first book of the series as well.
