Time and Chance

Arrin is one of those widely believed to lack a soul; a clone, created to serve as an infiltrator in a longstanding war. When the war ends, he and the others are scheduled for termination, but Arrin leads an escape. He becomes infamous for his crimes against the government, but years later he's captured and sentenced to exile in New Hope, a tiny colony of Christians. Pastor Willis and a few others teach Arrin that he's included in God's plan of salvation, but although he longs to believe, countless misadventures seem to prove God has rejected him instead. Will time and chance lead Arrin to the truth at last?
