Unbreakable Promise

Beautiful young brunette, Grace Purdue, heads to the local Barn Dance with the intention of pursuing the towns most eligible bachelor. What she finds when she gets there however, is that eligible as the oil tycoon might be, he is also crass, inconsiderate and bigoted. None of the things she – nor any other woman with a brain in her head – should be looking for in a future husband. Fortunately for Grace, the night is not a complete waste of time when she runs in to the blue jean, cowboy hat wearing, Arthur Monroe.

Arthur Monroe is everything that oil tycoon, Everett D. Roosevelt isn't. He is polite, kind and most of all, he is looking for a wife. But Arthur isn't all he appears to be, he is hiding a secret or two himself. Will Grace still give him the time of day when she finds out what Arthur is hiding? Or will she turn the other way and continue her search for the perfect husband?
