Unfortunately, the trilogy did not live up to what i have come to expect from Mr. Brooks. Too much fixation on certain aspects of the struggles of emotions to the point of repetition all leading up to an ending that seemed almost rushed. I was left feeling a bit let down when i place the final novel on my shelf...too bad...
