I wrote this book for the real people in this world. I don't make false claims that you will be running a 5K in two weeks all while dropping 100 pounds of body fat and gaining muscle.
This book is for reader, just like me, who want to try a 5K but don't really know where or how to start.
I was never a fitness person, I was over weight and very out of shape. Through my own trial and errors I found out how to do it, what worked best and what didn't work so well. I'd like to share this information with you.
No matter what shape your currently in, yes round is a shape, you can learn a few things and get on track to run a 5K.
It's not about how fast, it's about finishing.
