Descrizione
A Guide to Humans for Humans was written by students in an MBA class on Human Resources Management at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. It is an overview of human resources management for non human resources managers. It is a no nonsense book that will provide young leaders with the guidance they need to effectively lead the human resources entrusted to them.
The idea to create this book came from Bud Bilanich, bestselling author, leadership consultant, career coach and the instructor for the course. He was frustrated in his search for a text that would appeal to young managers and leaders. So he and the 30 students decided to create one. The result is this useful primer on human resources management created by a veteran and 30 insightful MBAs
