A new theory for obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours?

Obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours are known factors in contributing to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Addiction. The authors of this book believe that such behaviours can be found in many other diagnosable mental health disorders and have thus developed a theory in which to explain this phenomenon, resulting from research carried out using a self-assessed survey.

The aim of this book is to introduce this topic to students, teachers, practitioners and researchers alike, and to request that further research is carried out in order to better explain the theory of Cognitive Behavioural Disorder.
