A Splinter Of Winter

I’ve always put my family first, it’s the reason I became a bounty hunter.

To save my son I had to face my father. Oberon, the King of the Winter Court.

Navigating the politics of the Sidhe is like balancing on a tightrope over an active volcano. At forty-two my balance isn’t what it once was. I’m more vertigo than circus virtuoso these days.

The chaos of the supernatural world almost made me forget the responsibilities I’d left behind.

But an urgent S.O.S from Alasdair brought me crashing back to reality. Our city is under siege from supernatural creatures eager to take advantage of my unplanned Winter staycation.

There was a time when paying rent was my biggest concern, these days it’s the kraken in the Hinze dam.
