Pretty, trendy Geoff Allen is tired of the club scene in Auckland, New Zealand's largest city, even if his best friend Tammy tries to convince him otherwise. A one-night stand with dark, intense Rick has opened Geoff's eyes to what he really wants: more Rick. To take Geoff's mind off the missing romeo, Tammy talks him into beach weekend in the Coromandel, but a solitary midnight stroll on the sand leads Geoff back to the one person he's desperate to see more of.
