World class swindler Leonard Immke embezzles $220 million from the WOS mutual fund. This stolen money becomes the financial underpinnings for what will later grow into the Colombian Cocaine Cartel. Intertel agent, Mitch, the reluctant hero is deep undercover as Immke's pilot; his mission is to kidnap him and birng him home to justice. His mission fails and the hunter becomes the hunted. Mitch becomes a new man with a new face, even new fingerprints and is about to sail off to South America with the woman of his dreams, Mai Linh, but Intertel steps in and blackmails Mitch into detouring to Panama, to finish the job he started.
