Connecting The Nation: Classrooms, Libraries, And Health Care Organizations In The Information Age

Provides a status report on the critical national initiative by drawing from the most current data regarding Internet connectivity, a benchmark from the National Information Infrastructure (NII) access. Concludes that there is much work to be done before the goal of connecting every classroom, library, & health care organization to the NII is accomplished.
