When Jerry Horton opened a stall selling dope smoking paraphernalia, his girlfriend, Angie, told him that it would bring nothing but trouble. But the venture was a huge success. The law could not touch him, as he was not selling cannabis, just everything else that goes along with it.Instigated by Detective Inspector Del Bromham, Jerry’s stall become the target of busts on a regular basis. However, the stall is clean, and so are Jerry’s customers. Dragged down by this, and the intimate medical examinations to find some hidden stash, Jerry is at a low ebb. Then, when Bromham changes tack, and asks him to join a lucrative business partnership, he naturally becomes suspicious.Vicky Robertson works for a voyeuristic Internet porn concern. Customers watch her from their home PC performing whatever acts they pay for. She enjoys the job. But one particular customer becomes special, and they develop a bonding over the Internet that holds no bounds.Bromham is out to bust this concern, too.From dark smuggling tunnels beneath the Old Harry pub in Poole High Street, to being caught on camera at a local millionaire’s mansion in less than favourable circumstances, Bromham goes through the meat grinder, whilst attempting to take Jerry Horton, Angie, and Vicky with him. Along for the ride is a local rock band by the name of Skellington Bones, who only add more turmoil to this roller-coaster of madness.
