Former FBI Special Agent Kade Black is a wanted man. Wanted for a crime he didn’t commit. The kind of crime handled outside the normal courts of law. Renditions. Interrogations. A cryptic trail left by a dead Russian double agent his only hope.

When the trail leads him to the rugged Oregon coast in his battered RV, Kade isn't the only surprise for the sleepy little town. There's a body on the beach. Signs of a horrific ritual killing. Kade soon finds he's the only one who can solve this grisly murder.

Meanwhile, his former colleagues, an elite FBI surveillance unit, are closing in. He's got little time to solve the murder and collect the evidence he needs to prove his innocence.
