I was pleasantly surprised, I'm not usually a devotions book person, but I received it as a gift so I thought I'd give it a go. The stories were engaging, the analogies (mostly) made sense and overall they were very open-ended, reflective devotions, which is my preference. Definitely going to try some off his other books now!
