What can be done when the forces of nature conspire against you and will not allow you to run off and have your own adventures away from your family? Worried that his young sister has given birth to a strong and brave son, who will one day grow to challenge his beloved Red Knight in the Elizabethan joust, The Evil Kale casts a spell upon his nephew, thereby banishing him from his loving family. Twelve years later, the spell is broken by a runaway thief, Dingle Peapod, and the pair set out to find Ethan’s parents along with a mangy, old dog. Ethan swears to uphold the chivalric dignity of his family by crushing his evil uncle and facing the Red Knight as a Blue Knight, but before he gets the chance to return honour to his family he uncovers a plot against the life of his queen and sets off to London to warn her. Yet Ethan is unaware that the controlling hand of his uncle is still at work. His journey to London is anything but straight forward, and Ethan discovers that his country needs him now more than ever.
