I can understand feeling some profound discomfort reading about the normalization of the death of children, especially, but there's something I found really compelling about how framing the commoditization of it in the way of a theme park or "death hotel". Sure, it's not dropping bombs or spreading disease/famine, but what's the real difference at the end of the day between that and a roller coaster that euthanizes them before they die from disease? It's a really interesting concept and Im glad to have read it.
