Introducing a HRIS into an Organisation

This report is required to carry out an investigation based on suitable local small businesses that has a HR function in place but would like to improve on it by implementing an electronic HR Function into the business. After the initial investigation, recommendations are made for the introduction of software to help with the HR Function of a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME).
The main objective is to find an organisation that has a HR Function in place and time can be arranged with the company to investigate and research on what could be done to improve the current HR Structure and what HR Function could be improved with the use of software. In addition to the research of a suitable business and the research of HRM software, there are additional tasks that need to be completed in order to complete the project.
