Loving a Vampire is Total Chaos: Anniversary Edition

Plot : ⭐⭐⭐⭐Story : ⭐⭐⭐Spice : 🌶️🌶️Rating : ⭐⭐Tropes : strangers to lovers, rommates to lovers, vampire x human.Pacing : medium. Characters : Celine : Celine is a detective, which made this book interesting for me to read, because this was a romance book, with a strong heroine, and i enjoyed reading her pov. Zavier : i liked him the moment I read the first line of his pov, i loved how he was behind all the killings Celine was investigating, i loved how protective he was, and how he waited for Celine to be ready before he revealed who he was. His patience and friendly nature won me. What I loved : i loved the story, expect the ex drama, that was a bit unnecessary, but maybe needed to create drama at the end of the book? Anyways, it was not dragged, I liked it. And i kind of feel bad for giving this book 4 stars, so i’m gonna give this book a 5 star, since this was a debut novel but i truly enjoyed the occasional humour in between serious moments. What I struggled with : nothing, except for the ex drama. Loveable characters or not : loveable. Yes. Strong character development : no. Maybe? Since I didn’t find any character development.Plot driven / character driven : plot driven. Favorite quotes/ highlights : there are many, i’ll highlight them in the highlight section.Similar authors : none. Similar book recommendations : i haven’t read any sunshine heroes, but oh, this book, titled ”soft pillows” by __dolly on wattpad is a good story to read. He’s cold at first, but melts when he trusts her. It’s a touching story. Give it a try? Any other details : none.
