Alma Larsen, a former Mormon, finds himself at a crossroads in life, grappling with his identity and the complexities of the world beyond his upbringing. With little experience in the realm of alcohol, he decides to take a leap of faith by hiring Damian Banks, a bartender with a wealth of knowledge about spirits and the nightlife. As they delve into the intricacies of cocktails and the narratives behind them, a unique bond develops between the two men.
Damian, seasoned and charismatic, introduces Alma to a side of life he has never known, filled with adventure and self-discovery. As they mix drinks and share stories, Alma begins to uncover layers of himself that had long been suppressed. Their encounters serve not only as lessons in bartending but also as a journey of personal growth and acceptance.
Through laughter, unfiltered conversations, and moments of vulnerability, both men find themselves at pivotal junctures. Alma confronts his past while learning to navigate the freedom of choice, and Damian discovers the healing power of friendship amidst his own struggles. Together, they explore the depths of connection, identity, and the courage it takes to embrace authenticity.
