I wish this series had skipped the romance entirely or at least spared the unnecessary love triangle. If the story had stayed focused on the mystery it wouldn't have been so disappointing. I found the first book ok and interesting but now by the 2nd book I find it starting to get boring and it feels like even less puzzles and mystery than the first book . I don't feel like I want to continue with the series however I own the trilogy.
When its revealed Avery believes Toby might be her dad she still has the hots for Jameson and grayson even though that would make them cousins which I thought was gross. However I did enjoy the read and completed the book within 2 days
I really enjoyed this series but I prefer it as a trilogy. I also kind of wanted Toby to be Avery's dad and was disappointed when he wasn't.
This book kept me guessing, when i thought i knew what was coming next i was wrong. I had to finish in a day, this book just wouldnt get out if my head. I awlays wanted to know what was next or what was coming. Cant wait to finish the series.
