Book 2 of Nora Roberts Sign of Seven trilogy. This book was okay, not the best of Nora Roberts. However, I did like her demon/guardian concept. Her relationship building between Fox and Layla was slow and a bit annoying. I also found this in book 1 between Caleb and Quinn too. Moving on to Book 3 to complete the series
