3.25 StarsThis book seemed to be exactly what I expected. I decided to go into it with the mindset of "trash-paranormal-binge-worthy-tv" and it worked perfectly.Honestly, nothing was inherently awful or bad about this book. The characters, plot, world building, magic, logic, etc, was all pretty mush so-so. However, I had a great time and it was indeed like binging a trash tv show and I loved it for that. It didn't feel like it was trying to be anything else.My biggest issues actually were the lack of mystery surrounding the antagonist, no plot twists, and that the romance felt to rushed (that is a personal opinion though, I hate when love interests get together in the first book).I will keep reading this though!
