Commander Bestman had his loyal, Special Operations team, a promising career in the military, and his real estate investments earning for his retirement when Lieutenant Angelina Fraser entered his life. She was focused on her rising career as a psychological profiler for the army and hadn’t given much thought to a personal life. Leisure time was scarce during this modern era of military war against drug cartels and terrorism. The rules of engagement were drastically unclear as they moved from covert operation to covert operation. Time away from the army was used strictly for catching up on sleep and doing the laundry. Though it was the wrong time and certainly the wrong place, when Brandon and Angelina finally get together, their joint future was sealed.
Seven years later, this strikingly handsome couple is married, out of the army, and enjoying the fruit of their very successful international shipping business. Angelina can no longer speak above a whisper and Brandon, still called Bestman by his team, commands corporate executives but his former team still surrounds him and supports him wherever he is working together with a familiarity and acquired understanding that needs few words to communicate.
