And I know, it's her debut, so I should be nicer but I simply refuse to believe that a publisher actually read this and said "yes good I'd like 30 more."Everyone in this book is insufferable (minus the children and Julia, they're fine)(also I don't mean 'unlikable' because I don't mind unlikable characters - I mean insufferable), and the poetry that has been written for the slams is garbage. Will I be continuing with the series? Obviously, I hate myself and bought them all. Here's hoping for some improvement.
