Descrizione

A newly edited version of Talking Fire Hand by Stephen C. Porter, author of Stone Cold Joe.
Charlie Power keeps his legendary alter ego, Talking Fire Hand, and his reputation for skilled fighting and amazing gun handling well hidden as he travels the west as an adventurer. A name which was given him by the Indians his missionary parents ministered to and he grew up with. A name which spoke of his skill at speaking the truth from the book of God’s word, he held in his hand or from the six guns which spoke a deadly conversation to his enemies.
This novel finds Charlie trailing three killers into the grasslands of Montana, hoping to bring them back to justice for a gruesome murder he came upon but he found an ambush waiting instead.
The ambush site reveals to him a hurt Indian maiden who is escaped from a band of Sioux and Charlie determines to help her.
While out manoeuvring the Indian band, they encounter a platoon of soldiers who assure them safety to their fort where Charlie learns he has jumped out of the frying pan into the fire. The commanders of the fort decide they want Charlie’s maiden to replace their singular harem.
Charlie could take the girl and run or he could get into the Montana wilderness to hunt and kill his enemies. God gave him the skill, but is that what God wants him to do?
