The Jugger

Parker is an antihero. He is a thief with ruthless and brutal methods, and a basic hatred of mankind. Still, his projection of pure power makes him someone to watch. One person knows his secrets - an old safecracker, or "jugger," named Joe Sheer. Out of his mind with the pressure being exerted on him by Captain Abner Younger to tell all, Sheer foolhardily calls Parker for help. Parker comes out to Sheer's Nebraska town - to kill Sheer before he cracks and sells Parker down the river. But when he gets there, Sheer is already dead, and something very valuable has gone missing. Now, someone is gunning for Parker. However, that someone may have underestimated how difficult Parker is to kill.
