The Names Have Been Changed to Protect the Ignorant

This short story is written about the exploits of four high school friends and the goofy, stupid and yet humorous situations that they created. It probably is not much different then the exploits of many others in their high school days. The author hopes to take the readers on a short journey back to the fun days of high school with a few laughs. Growing up in Southern California in the 70’s was such a fantastic time. The mountains, beach and desert were just a short drive. There was cruising most every night, including Whittier blvd, Valley blvd, Van Nuys blvd and Colorado blvd to name a few. In a matter of a weekend, there was cruising, surfing, skiing, shooting, dirt bike riding and exploring. Each short story takes place over a day to a week. This is volume one and other volumes will be forthcoming in this series of short stories. In this volume, the boys decide to take a day off from school and drive to the beach. Over the course of the day and night, they cause a bit of trouble and have fun.
