A cute rom-com with two nearly-perfect characters who don't have too much struggle falling in love and finding their happy ending. Some of the situations are eye rolling, just too contrived and hard to believe would happen but there's a pandemic out right now and I can't leave my house for who knows how long. So I will take the easy beach read with fun characters, a bit of steam, and a high level of distraction. It took me a bit to get into this one and I didn't love the characters, but it was exactly what I needed at the time. I'm pretty sure the main character Rhiannon would wear power dresses - those well made sheath dresses that are the woman's equivalent of a 2 piece suit in executive suites - not hoodies and jeans, but I could deal with that. I could root for them and want them to find their happy ending.
