It is a literature work for children telling a story happened in one thousand years ago. Snake demon Moccasin grandmother spared to destroying her daughter's family in order to regain her daughter, and finally made her daughter lost life. Therefore, she was punished for staying in the Underneath for one thousand years. A thousand years latter, a calico cat, Parker and his mother were threw into river by a hunter. His mother died and he had to step the long road for rescure his sister and hound's dad. Parker finally saved them, and Moccasin stepped out of the underneath again. Did Moccasin grandmother, who was tortured by hungry and betrayal for one thousand, forget this hurt and hate and forgave Parker's family?
