Uncle Otto

The story is about a family’s struggles at the turn of the century, to escape the raw racism of the rural south. Unfortunately, in his determination to provide for his family, David Green, inadvertently leaves his oldest son, Otto, without a father’s guidance. Otto falls pray to the lure of the streets at the height of Prohibition. A twisted dark path of debauchery, thievery and vice follow our protagonist, but, after several close calls, Otto backs away from the streets, only to be dealt a devastation blow that will change his life forever.
