Welcome Back, Jack!

When Jack was six, his parents were slain by a serial killer, who was caught, tried, convicted and executed. Jack grew up in the small comfort of knowing that they got the guy. Thirty years later, Jack, now the top homicide detective on the New Rhodes Police Force, faces a string of grotesque murders, carried out by a team of serial killers in control of the city's forgotten underground. When one of the killers reaches out to him, Jack has to face the possibility that thirty years ago, they got the wrong guy... and now the right one's pulling him into a new hell.
