The murders are horrifying...whole families bludgeoned, chopped and mutilated at the hands of fathers who take their own lives in ritualistic fashion amid the atrocity of their crimes. And on the walls of separate slaughterhouses, splashed and smeared in the blood of the innocent victims in letters three feet tall...the word TUCHOTL. Homicide Detectives Michael Bennet and Aldo Green have born witness to the aftermath of these massacres, waded through the dripping crime scenes, stared at the macabre hieroglyphics painted on the walls of modern day tombs.
