YETI is a book-format periodical. Each issue is approx. 240 pages long, has specially commissioned cover art (printed in stunning metallic ink) and comes with a full-length CD of exclusive/unreleased music. YETI 3’s CD includes music by Devendra Banhart, Postal Service, Jolie Holland, Henry Flynt, Iron & Wine, Colin Meloy, and many more, while the book contains a previously unpublished William S. Burroughs conversation with Alan Greenberg; plus interviews with Neko Case, Devendra Banhart, Naomi Yang, and Eileen Myles; R.J. Smith on a hard-boiled anonymous crime-scene reporter from 1940s African-American Los Angeles; Erik Davis on "West Coast art and spiritual collage"; photo essays by Michael Galinsky and Charles Peterson; plus full-page illustrations by some of today's most excellent graphic artists--Sammy Harkham, Carson Ellis, Jeffrey Brown, Jordan Crane, Eric Reynolds, Gregg Einhorn and E*Rock.
