The time skip was honestly jarring.
Everyone looks different, everyone has grown, and Eren especially feels like a completely different person.
I loved seeing the Scouts finally reach the ocean, but the fact that Eren isn't really celebrating it says EVERYTHING about where his head is.
This volume also does a great job showing how much the characters have changed after everything they've been through.
But honestly, I'm still thinking about the basement reveal.
The world outside the Walls is so much bigger and more complicated than I expected, and I'm really curious about where the story is going now.
Also... I miss the old chaotic Survey Corps a little bit. 😭
