Bad Luck Lion

Nine-year-old Stella Sullivan loves animals, so she sometimes finds herself at odds with her grandfather, Papa Pete--a gruff, unsentimental hunter. While out hiking one day, Stella glimpses a mountain lion with a face full of porcupine quills. Stella knows it will starve without help. Aunt Anya, a vet, can remove the quills, but first she must ask Papa Pete for his help in tracking the elusive cat. Join Stella and her friends and family in one exciting episode after another, as they rescue a fawn from a steel trap, save an iquana, and help deliver a colt. And in a stunning conclusion, Stella witnesses a moment she has long dreamed of, which will change her world forever.
