A classic grimdark that has been on my tbr since shortly after its release. While some grimdark feels beyond hopeless this is bloody and dark with a healthy dose of humor as it says on the tin. So far just about every character is too flawed to really root for and while I am rooting for character growth, I suspect it'll just get darker... because grimdark. Definitely enjoyed my first Abercrombie and looking forward my next!
