4.25. Half-Light Harbor is book 1 in a new series by Samantha Young. I enjoyed this one a lot. It hooked me from the start, and I couldn't put it down. The chemistry and sexual tension between Ramsey and Tierney were so good. I love a grumpy and broody hero, but a Scottish one, yes please! The romance took a bit to develop, but it works nicely for these characters. Also, I do wish Ramsey groveled a bit more, but other than that, I liked him a lot. This was a little light on the mystery/suspense aspect, but I still enjoyed it. Also loved Ramsey's cute dog, Akiva. I liked that towards the end, Ramsey trusted Tierney with his past. Also, they finally got their HEA. I'm very excited to see what's next in this series. Thank you, Samantha Young and Valentine PR, for an ARC copy.
