Here With Me is book 1 in the Sugarland Creek series by Brooke Montgomery. Oh my god! I absolutely loved this book. This is my first ex-boyfriend's dad romance, and I really enjoyed it. Not only is it ex-bf's dad but also age gap, forbidden, secret relationship, and small-town romance are all my favorite tropes! What Fisher had to go through in the past before he met Noah was heartbreaking. The prologue had me tearing up. I loved the chemistry between Noah and Fisher, and how their relationship developed throughout the book. I enjoyed Fisher taking care of Noah after her accident. The spice was so hot and loved the food truck and shower scenes. I couldn't get enough of the sexual tension between them too. Daddy Fisher was everything and he has one dirty mouth. The twist towards the end had me on the edge of my seat I couldn't put my kindle down. Also, I loved that Noah didn't leave Fisher's side after his accident. I could not stop smiling when Noah and Fisher got their happy ending after everything. The epilogue was set up nicely for the next book in this series. I can't wait for Magnolia and Tripp's next!
