An obedient daughter, a docile girlfriend, a hard working student, and now employee, Kate did what was expected of a good girl. Until one day when she literally fell into a world unexplainable by her father's definitions. A world of wizards, fairies, dragons and other unbelievable creatures. Finding herself intrigued but unsure of how to handle this inexplicable reality, she intends to return to her own safe world of known values. She is saved from a disaster by Ella, a young single mother of two, who gives her something she has not had before. Ella places her confidence and trust in Kate's goodness to help her on a journey with her small children to her brothers farm. Kate, who always prefers taking the easy way, is unsure how to refuse such confidence and ends up accompanying her new friend to the city of Torah. Trouble befalls the small group along the way. Kate perseveres and feels a sense of accomplishment when she completes this trip. Returning alone she meets with new companions, fairies, who help her on her journey She further learns that some do have magic in this world and, greatest shock of all, that magic is a natural state for the beings in this land of Fairworld. In a desperate situation something happens that the fairies attribute to her magic. Well, Kate knows that SHE doesn't have, never have had, never will have, magic.
With an enduring love for and care of three unexpected orphans that just happen to be dragons, watch how she grows as a person and learn if she can accomplish the impossible magic.
