Meander Down the Esk

The River Esk rises on the desolate North York Moors, then runs through the beautiful Esk valley to enter the North Sea at Whitby. The book is a colourful celebration of the River Esk; its topography, wildlife and heritage. John Freeman's watercolours have captured the Esk in all seasons, in all weathers and reflect the life of the river at day and night.
