Our Small Stone Cottage in France

First published in April 2015 as ‘It’s Not Too Late’. Retitled with minor text modifications.
This is the story of how in the later years of our lives we have found our perfect cottage in France and worked hard to renovate it. We also created a varied and colourful garden. Come with us and enjoy this corner of France that the world has passed by, pick up a glass of wine and sit in the sun with us, listen to the bees on the lavender and watch the butterflies in the border and make the most of the peace and tranquillity. Read about some of our friends and the places we enjoy going to, our country walks and the beauty we find all around us.
If you have read 'From Goats to a Garden', you will find that ‘Our Small Stone Cottage in France’ is an account of the next stage in our lives.
