説明
Pak Six is more than just an exciting story of one man’s experience as a fighter pilot during the Vietnam War. G.I. Basel’s thrilling account of the largest bombing campaign since World War II, Operation Rolling Thunder, is as relevant today as it was in the 1960’s. It is truly a story for the ages as he describes combat missions that were made based on ridiculous rules of engagement, confusion in the chain of command, and worse — decisions made for political expediency. There are lessons to be learned, if only they would be heeded. Basel, like his fellow pilots, was a humble hero. A warrior in an amazing celestial battle.
