This one was more character-focused, which I actually appreciated.
Seeing more of the 104th and getting a better idea of everyone's personalities made the story feel less like Eren's personal revenge quest and more like an actual ensemble.
Jean is still annoying, but unfortunately I'm starting to like him.
Annie is also... interesting. There's something about her that makes me feel like I should be paying attention whenever she's around.
The training sections aren't nearly as exciting as the Titan fights, but they're important because you actually get to see these idiots becoming soldiers.
Also, Eren really needs to stop making everything about himself because sir... there are OTHER PEOPLE HERE. 😭
