Another CoHo I finished in one sitting and, yet again, another CoHo punch to the gut. Her stories never fail to make me cry and this one hit a little close to home. Sky and Holder have an intense connection from the moment they meet and realize their lives are more entwined than they could have imagined. The first half reads like a cute highschool romance but then the second half takes you on a heart wrenching ride. Another solid read from CoHo about self-discovery, raw childhood trauma, and knowing that sometimes knowing the truth can feel more hopeless than believing the lies.
Ben and Fallon meet and have an instant connection, but she’s moving across the country the same night. They both know that, at only 18, they have a lot of life to experience and dreams to chase before falling into such a big, all-consuming type of love. They agree to meet on the same day every year for 5 years with absolutely zero contact in between. Ben begins writing a novel about their unique love story… but there may be a heartbreaking plot twist for Fallon in store. I didn’t always care for Ben (some of his behavior was cringey and too aggressive) and there were definitely a lot of cheesy, eye roll moments but I liked the concept of the story. I didn’t guess the plot twist of their story and everything after that point is when it got really good for me.
Loved this book so much. It ripped my heart out, shoved it back in and ripped it out again in the best way. Heartbreakingly beautiful.
Wow. Read this book in one day, much to the dismay of my family and things that needed to get done. I even got annoyed when I got interrupted, which is rare. This book has the feels though. There were only maybe 2-3 instances the main character annoyed me, but they were brief, luckily. Otherwise the plot and storyline for this book was fantastic. There are some topics in the books others may want to avoid due to their nature so please be mindful of that and any trigger warnings. Overall I thought this book was well done.
Wow, this was shit. Probably one of the most forgettable romance books I’ve read in a while. Every CoHo book I read just gets progressively worse. I’d almost find it impressive if I didn’t hate every second of reading her books.
simply never paying attention to people's opinion ever bc i loved that and ya'll pulled the main plot twist widely out of context..anyways it was a cute read and i loved it but i took half a star of for the miscommunication bc im sorry but i will never like that trope at all.
This was WAY BETTER than "it ends with us".

The plot twist even actually got me, I can't say it was crazy, but it wasn't as bad as it ends with the us book.
I believe the girl was as always over reacting, but the girl has more reasons to over react than the other book, so I can deal with that.
COLLEEN!! This has to be my favourite CoHo book I've read so far! The characters are easy to relate to in one way or another which makes the book even easier to fall in love with. I love Fallon and Ben so much. I love their witty banter with one another, the amount of stares I've gotten from family members because I'm laughing out loud at a book is unreal. I definitely recommend this book!
Aquele tipo que deixa um gosto amargo na boca no final. Eu ja estava esperando algo desse tipo, mas o desenrolar foi bem pior. O motivo pela qual ela fora adotada pela Karen, o que eu achei ótimo depois que li todos os detalhes. Dean, maravilhoso. Incrível como CoHO faz personagens tão apaixonantes e que apesar de tudo sempre fazem e fala o correto. Enfim, amei cada min, não consegui largar ate terminar. Ja quero sofrer com os outros livros da Colleen.
I was definitely not expecting this book to have such a big hold on me, but it does. This has become a new comfort book and for good reasons. Ben has been a huge Rollercoaster I loved him, then hated, then felt so bad for him, finally loving him again. I'm so happy Ben and Fallon are finally happy, they deserve it. I will definitely be rereading this one again.

This book was stunning ! If at first I had difficulties getting into it when I took it back 2 days ago I absolutly ate it ! I couldn't stop myself but wanting more and more and more ! And the plot twist ?! Gooosshhh AMAZING ! only one thing to say : Benton James Kessler please marry me !
