This book was a required reading for school. It honestly took me a while to finish. It has a lot of important points such as how emotional intelligence should be favored over IQ. IQ is merely some tests while EQ (emotional intelligence is what makes or breaks us). We as humans can work to build up or emotional intelligence. And this book is amazing for teachers because they too can help their students build up emotional intelligence from an early age in many different ways listed in this book!
