Ancillary Justice ปฐมบท มหาสงครามแห่งแร็ดช์

Don't believe the hype!! I had such high hopes for this book following all of the reviews, award, etc. but unfortunately this was not my cup of tea at all! Ok, being completely honest, I found much of the book to be flat & dull with its rambling conversations which certainly didn't grab my attention as I had hoped. I can only sum it up as disappointing!!!

It took me a while to get into this book. I couldn't seem to get one long stretch to read and get immersed in the world, so I kept losing track of the terminology and historical events. But by the end, I was engrossed in the story, and cared about the characters. The final confrontation was exciting and set up the next book well without feeling cheap or obvious. I am looking forward to the next book.
